Section 401, paragraph 1 of the proposed Allen Township Zoning ordinance would make any property zoned A-1 Agricultural non-conforming for a single family residence, if the property size is less than 2 acres.

If your property is affected by this, you would not be able to expand your home, construction additional buildings on your property, and could be further restricted in what you could do with land that you rightfully purchased and own.
