Section 401, paragraph 1 of the proposed Allen Township Zoning ordinance would make any property zoned A-1 Agricultural non-conforming for a single family residence, if the property size is less than 2 acres.

The Make Allen Great Again Coalition believes the properties listed in the below PDF file will become non-conforming if the zoning ordinance passes, because they are less than 2 acres.  If your property is affected by this, you would not be able to expand your home, construction additional buildings on your property, and could be further restricted in what you could do with land that you rightfully purchased and own.
